TO PROCESS & REGISTER YOUR CHILD’S ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHER,
WE NEED THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:

1. Child’s Name
2. Child’s Date of Birth
3. Team Name
4. ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHER
PLEASE email Voucher with QR CODE
(vouchers will not be processed without the QR code)

HOW TO REGISTER

Register YOUR CHILD to the season you wish to participate in (Season 1, Season 2, Season 3 – Juniors or Seniors)

• Registration for Juniors – QLD Subscription fee ($25) Competition registration fee $95 (Active Kids Voucher $50 & Active Kids Rego Link $45)
• Registration for Seniors – QLD Subscription fee ($25) Competition registration fee $95 (Active Kids Voucher $50 & Active Kids Rego Link $50)
• You CANNOT enter your Active Kids Voucher in the system when registering
• Once you have done the Active Kids Voucher registration email the Voucher QR code to tweedcoast@oztag.com with Name, DOB, Team name & QR code
